1. Your Account

Using our site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Please keep your username and password confidential and secure and you should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.

Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering. We reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

2. Access to our web site

We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the web site will be uninterrupted. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to the web site may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.

3. Your conduct

You must not use the web site in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the web site or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way. You understand that you are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent from your computer to us and you must use the web site for lawful purposes only.

5. Returns

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. In the event of you not being 100% satisfied, please drop us a line via email or using the contact us form. This will enable us to provide you with a returns address and authorisation number. Products must be returned to us in perfect condition (unused and in their original packaging) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that due to the current Health & Hygiene Regulations pierced products are excluded from our returns policy. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting when you return your parcel

Goods are returned at your own cost. Please note that the delivery charge on the original order is non refundable. We will advise you once your refund has been processed.

6. Damaged/Faulty Goods
If you receive damaged/faulty goods we will replace them or refund you. Please contact us via email or our contact us form within 7 days of receiving your order. This will enable us to provide you with a returns address and authorisation number. Damaged/Faulty Goods cannot be accepted without a Returns Authorisation Number.

7. 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed

Customer satisfaction is our main priority. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, it can be sent back, unused, in its original packaging within 7 days of buying and it will be exchanged or refunded.

Unfortunately, the original delivery charge cannot be refunded.

We cannot however exchange any item that has been misused in any way.

8. Item descriptions and photos

Our descriptions and photos try to be as accurate as possible.

Many items are shown larger than actual size. Actual sizes are stated with the item description – please check the sizes before purchase if you are not sure please contact us.

The colour accuracy of the colour-way options displayed within the site will vary dependant on a number of factors. Products available may vary slightly in colour from that shown on the current site. Although we try our hardest to ensure that colours are reproduced as accurately as possible, we cannot control differences that may occur through technical issues online such as different browsers and monitors. All dimensions are in centimetres. For jewellery all sizes are approximate and may vary accordingly, we endeavour to ensure accuracy, and sizes are provided solely as a guide for the customer.

9. Delivery Information

We deal with your order as quickly as possible. Please note that at busy times, it may take us a little longer to despatch items to you, however, we will make you aware if this is the case.
For personalised or hand-made items please allow up to 28 days.

Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once placed as they are made especially for you.
Following successful completion of your first order you will be able to ship to any address in the UK.
Your item will be posted by either First Class Royal Mail or Recorded Delivery or an alternative agreed with you in advance.
Please note that Royal Mail requires a signature for Recorded Delivery packages, so someone needs to be available to sign for it at the delivery address. If this is not possible please choose the 1st Class Postage Option.

10. Privacy Policy and Data Protection

When you order, we need to know your name, billing address, e-mail address, telephone number and delivery address. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and enables us to contact you regarding the order. To fulfil your order, your delivery address and your telephone number will be given to our carriers and, if required by law, to other parties such as Customs and Excise. This will enable our carriers to successfully complete delivery of your order. We hold, your name, billing address, e-mail address, telephone number and delivery address on our file. Card details are not stored by us and payments are only processed through secure providers such as Paypal and Google Checkout.

We will not pass your information onto any other parties other than those stated about unless we obtain your authorisation.

11. Cookies

This website sets performance cookies. These cookies collect information about how visitors use a website, for instance which pages visitors go to most often, and if they get error messages from web pages. These cookies don’t collect information that identifies a visitor. All information these cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous. It is only used to improve how a website works.

This website sets targeting cookies. These cookies are used to deliver adverts more relevant to you and your interests. They are also used to limit the number of times you see an advertisement as well as help measure the effectiveness of the advertising campaign. They are usually placed by advertising networks with the website operator’s permission. They remember that you have visited a website and this information is shared with other organisations such as advertisers. Quite often targeting or advertising cookies will be linked to site functionality provided by the other organisation.

12. Cancellations

Cancellation Period is a 14 day cancellation period.

Right To Cancel

The consumer may cancel at any time within the cancellation period without giving any reason, except:
1. Where a type of enhanced delivery is chosen by the consumer
2. Where the value of goods has been diminished by the consumer
3. Where items are personalised

The consumer must cancel in a clear way or use the model cancellation form provided here: "Trading Standards"
The seller must make available to the consumer a cancellation form as set out on page 6 of the following document: "Trading Standards"
When a cancellation form is submitted, the seller must inform the consumer of receipt.
Where a right to cancel exists, the conditions, time limits and procedures for cancelling must be provided. Please see "Schedule 3" of the legislation for a model instruction for how to cancel: "The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013"
It is for the consumer to show that the contract was cancelled if there is a dispute.

Effect of Cancellation

Seller must reimburse the consumer for the goods/service using the same means as the consumer used.
The consumer must bear the costs of sending the item back, and the seller must inform the consumer of this.
Reimbursement must happen without undue delay.
There can be no fee for cancellations for the consumer.
If goods have been diminished in some way, the seller can recover those costs up to the contract price by deducting it from the amount reimbursed.
